Scripture Cards

“Where will you spend eternity?” cards have been lovingly hand painted in Brazil by Letizia (born in Piedmont, Italy in 1933) – the mother of our friend and prayer partner, Tiziana*. Each card illustrates a Scripture (written in English, Portuguese or Spanish by Tizi) to offer encouragement to those with whom we interact as we go about our daily business: the taxi driver, the checkout clerk, the service station attendant, a passenger on a train or bus, or wherever the LORD takes us on our journey through life.

*Della first met Tizi on the Christian Travelers’ Network. They were both put into the same WhatsApp prayer team in 2024.

The Hymn

The cards remind us of the good ol’ hymn, “Where will you spend eternity” by Elisha Hoffman (1839-1929):

This question comes to you and me!
Tell me, what shall your answer be?
