Introduction

When Omri and Della went to the Netherlands in 2017 to promote the HIT (Hosting Israeli Travellers) network, David van Wijck, CEO of Israel and the Bible [IATB] – which has been distributing Bibles in Hebrew to the Jews for over 50 years – was excellent with helping us make connections with people who loved Israel and the Jews around Holland.

Therefore, when David messaged Della (in 2022) to ask if she could help expand IATB into Australia and New Zealand, she was honoured to arrange their tours!

So, on 1st February 2023, Della met up with David and his colleague, Christian Steer, when they arrived in Cairns, and together they travelled down the East Coast of Australia over the next 16 days.

They connected with hundreds of hosts, many of the Australian Jewish mission leaders, and even a few Israelis, as they travelled approximately 450 kilometres (300 miles) per day (see itinerary).

In September/October 2024, Della will join David and his colleagues, Jos & Alinda from the Netherlands for an 18-Day distribution tour of NZ.
